Dialabetes is a telephone service that contacts diabetics every morning 365 days a year by phone making sure they haven’t lapsed into a diabetic coma overnight.
If a diabetic is in a coma they are unable to answer the phone. If a member does not respond to our call, Dialabetes phones the member's nominated contact. If the contacts are not available, you have the option to nominate us to call an ambulance.
